That’s exactly what we'll figure out on your Breakthrough Week.


Scheduling is easy, even if you're super busy.
There will be a 12 hour window each day for 7 days. This will accommodate our time zones and ensure your life won't get interrupted. Don't miss your doctor appointment, don't skip that workout, don't miss work, and by all means, cook supper.
You don't have to be on camera (unless you really want to).
Messy hair, don't care! No video conference required. Clothing optional.
No video call, so no streaming required. As long as you can send and receive text messages, you're good.
We'll communicate throughout the day by text and/or audio messages (however you prefer). Talk/text/listen/read when you feel comfortable.

- How will I book my Breakthrough Week?Once you reserve your breakthrough week, you will get access to a link to my calendar so you'll be able to see the dates I'll be available and choose the one that works best for you.
- Which app will we use to communicate?We'll use the Signal app, which you can download for free if you do not already have it. It is available for desktops, Apple and Android. It works well for text and voice messaging, image and file sharing, and there is a video call feature if you'd like to go that route. All messages are encrypted for maximum security. (Even Signal cannot access the messages!)
- Can I get a refund if I have to cancel?I'm not offering refunds at this time, but you will be able to reschedule if something comes up.
- What if we're in different time zones or I work odd hours?I'm offering a 12 hour window so that I can help people in different time zones and even those who work unusual schedules. If you'd like to request a slightly different timeframe, we may be able to adjust it based on your situation.
- Will we be talking for 12 hours?No, I offer this time window to make it easier for our availabilities to coincide. The conversation will flow on and off between us all day, so you'll have time to formulate your questions, reflect, and implement what we discuss. You’ll have plenty of time for day-to-day tasks, family, and appointments.
